Performance Driving – Car Control Clinic (AM)
November 3 @ 8:30 am - 12:30 pm$295
DRIVE YOUR OWN CAR AT SONOMA RACEWAY
The Car Control Clinic is a unique opportunity to really understand the sometimes daunting art of car control. Teaching exclusively on the skid pad and autocross course allows for a safe environment giving the ability to explore the limits of the car and driver. The Clinic teaches the driver how to get the maximum performance out of the tires by balancing load transfer, how to properly rotate the car, and also how to catch slides. This is the perfect program for drivers to gain confidence in trail brake rotation, making mid-corner adjustments, balancing a vehicle in “drift” and correcting over-steer. This course will enable drivers better control in many dynamic situations and give them the confidence and skills and to handle their car at or even over the limit. **Rear wheel drive cars are most appropriate for this course. Expect heavy tire wear in this program**
